Responsibilities

Take calls from drivers and take detailed notes of their concerns, questions, etc.
Send the notes to the Hawaii team
Data entry
Other tasks assigned by the client

Qualifications

Willing to work on night shift and PH holidays
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Can work take detailed notes while taking on the call with customers
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
