HR Administrator
Responsibilities
  • Process enrollments on time and accurately, including terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident, and death claims.
  • Resolve employee issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers
  • Assist the employees in enrolling in Healthcare and Life Insurance benefits.
  • Provide new hires with explanations of benefits and instructing them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures
  • Provide ongoing support for all benefits-related concerns.
  • Consult with employees about eligibility and other pertinent issues related to the company's current benefits program.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting.
  • Suggests health and wellness sessions based on reports gathered via Employee Utilization Report.
  • Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database, and provides update to payroll for any changes in terms of fees and deductions. employee payroll records.
  • Forecast trends and assist with future benefits designs. Develop specific recommendations for review by management.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all Government statutory benefits, including filing, claiming and reimbursement.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to retention, engagement, and process improvement.
  • Conducts Internal background check to be sent to the HRIS team and/or recruitment for evaluation.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months experience in Philippine benefits and applicable laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior work in human resources
  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
