Invoice Upload Specialist
Responsibilities
- Timely collection of provider data (invoices, reports)
- Diligent entry of data into excel template
- Multi-tasking between several work streams at a fast pace while delivering quality outcomes
- Translation of carrier invoice information for international carriers
- Upload of invoice data into system for processing
- Troubleshooting upload errors and reconciliation of data quality issues
- Track work tasks and status in the system
- Ensure full and timely communication with the customers, carriers, delivery managers and other users/departments of the company in order to perform the assigned tasks
- Complete reports and maintain other documentation related to uploads
Qualifications
- Has excellent communication skills
- Requires minimal supervision. They need to be proactive in asking for assistance or taking in more work.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Must be proactive, independent and a team player
- Communication skill is critical, but accent not that much. Agents needs to solve appearing issues by themselves, independence here is very important.
- There would be some instances that the specialist needs to call clients and coordinate with other departments for invoice processing.
Screening Criteria:
- Good to have 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Advanced Excel level will be always a big plus, must know how to do Pivot table, and VLOOKUP.
- Stable work history – not required, but is a plus
- Must be willing to work on-site
- Telco experience is a requirement
