Invoice Upload Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Timely collection of provider data (invoices, reports)
  • Diligent entry of data into excel template
  • Multi-tasking between several work streams at a fast pace while delivering quality outcomes
  • Translation of carrier invoice information for international carriers
  • Upload of invoice data into system for processing
  • Troubleshooting upload errors and reconciliation of data quality issues
  • Track work tasks and status in the system
  • Ensure full and timely communication with the customers, carriers, delivery managers and other users/departments of the company in order to perform the assigned tasks
  • Complete reports and maintain other documentation related to uploads
Qualifications
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Requires minimal supervision. They need to be proactive in asking for assistance or taking in more work.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Must be proactive, independent and a team player
  • Communication skill is critical, but accent not that much. Agents needs to solve appearing issues by themselves, independence here is very important.
  • There would be some instances that the specialist needs to call clients and coordinate with other departments for invoice processing.

Screening Criteria:

  • Good to have 1-2 years of data entry experience
  • Advanced Excel level will be always a big plus, must know how to do Pivot table, and VLOOKUP.
  • Stable work history – not required, but is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on-site
  • Telco experience is a requirement
