Responsibilities
- Software Support Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting software problems.
- Guide clients through corrective steps.
- Use support database and maintain documentation.
- Train users on software.
- Train new technicians as required.
- Knowledge of Windows
- Enthusiasm to work and learn is critical
Qualifications
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Experience in providing technical support assistance
- Knowledge in Windows platform
- Experience troubleshooting software related issues
- Highly organized and keen to details esp on documentation of troubleshooting steps.
Screening Criteria:
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- At least 1 year experience in technical support field - IT spec, helpdesk, BPO tech support or something similar
