Responsibilities
  • Software Support Technician Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting software problems.
  • Guide clients through corrective steps.
  • Use support database and maintain documentation.
  • Train users on software.
  • Train new technicians as required.
  • Knowledge of Windows
  • Enthusiasm to work and learn is critical
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Experience in providing technical support assistance
  • Knowledge in Windows platform
  • Experience troubleshooting software related issues
  • Highly organized and keen to details esp on documentation of troubleshooting steps.

Screening Criteria:

  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
  • At least 1 year experience in technical support field - IT spec, helpdesk, BPO tech support or something similar
