Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities

Primary Goal: Work with Sales to help generate both appointments and leads. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Using telephone (primarily) and some email to communicate to prospects messages and initiatives with a variety of professionals ranging from large business executives to nonprofit leaders, and more
  • Leveraging CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle
  • Qualifying prospects and set appointments (a combination of cold and warm leads)
  • Creating a competitive edge by identifying customer needs by leveraging documented
  • sales processes
  • Attend both internal and external meetings for training and key updates
  • Identifying trending customer/contact attitudes and responses and other market feedback to share with VP of sales or other sales resources
  • Providing input into call guides to achieve specified results
  • Conducting quick research to analyze understand customer needs
Qualifications
  • Fearless on the phone
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Critical thinking and investigative questioning skills
  • Highly organized and keen to details

Screening Criteria:

  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
  • Atleast 1 year experience with outbound US appointment setting and lead generation
  • Experience in legal industry preferred but not required
