Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities
Primary Goal: Work with Sales to help generate both appointments and leads. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Using telephone (primarily) and some email to communicate to prospects messages and initiatives with a variety of professionals ranging from large business executives to nonprofit leaders, and more
- Leveraging CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle
- Qualifying prospects and set appointments (a combination of cold and warm leads)
- Creating a competitive edge by identifying customer needs by leveraging documented
- sales processes
- Attend both internal and external meetings for training and key updates
- Identifying trending customer/contact attitudes and responses and other market feedback to share with VP of sales or other sales resources
- Providing input into call guides to achieve specified results
- Conducting quick research to analyze understand customer needs
Qualifications
- Fearless on the phone
- Proficient typing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Critical thinking and investigative questioning skills
- Highly organized and keen to details
Screening Criteria:
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- Atleast 1 year experience with outbound US appointment setting and lead generation
- Experience in legal industry preferred but not required
