Technical Implementation Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Support for program configuration and technical requirement documentation
  • Create and design specifications as requested by the Onboarding and account management unit.
  • Carry out analysis of requirements by checking for derived requirements that are logical to customers' request
  • Assisting Technical specialists in the development of Test Plans and - - Test Scripts and perform test execution as required.
  • Aligns with professional service and Product teams on program solution requirements
  • Monitor solution implementation and conduct internal and external solution acceptance.
  • Work with Technical Implementation Specialist to Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA (Quality Assurance) process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience.
  • Mixed experience as QA/Technical engineer.
  • Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies, methodologies is highly required.
  • Strong analytical and problem skills as well as attention to details.
  • Excel - experienced user that able to manipulate data effectively.
  • Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks.
  • Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • English skills Upper Intermediate.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result oriented.

Screening Criteria:

  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years working experience in QAs / custom development -professional services or level 2-3 technical support roles or software support.
  • Mixed experience as QA/Technical engineer.
