Key performance indicators (KPIs) are specific and well-defined measures of performance of defined objectives within a corresponding period of time. The key indicators will depend on the specific business process of a company. These provide quantifiable measures, targeted process improvement and useful actionable insights to the organization.

At Connext we mainly use utilization, productivity, and quality as our main KPIs.
